Hey, John. It's Alex, Trudy's campaign manager. The election is 16 days away, so it's no surprise that I'm stuck in back-to-back meetings today. But right now I have about 6 minutes to spare. These few minutes between meetings is just enough time to send you this email. It's probably enough time to drink another cup of coffee so that I can make it through a long day on the campaign trail. It could even be enough time to text my staff and make sure they all have a plan to vote.

But that's about it. As I watch the clock tick by, I'm realizing you can't do much at all in just 6 minutes.

However, Trudy's opponent, Eric Schmitt, can do a lot in 6 minutes.

On June 24, it only took Eric Schmitt 6 minutes after the Supreme Court officially overturned Roe v. Wade to make Missouri the first state in the country to enforce an abortion trigger ban.

It took him just 6 minutes to fall into line with Mitch McConnell's extremist agenda and strip millions of Missourians of their own bodily autonomy. In only 6 minutes, he didn't even hesitate to sell out his constituents so he could secure another hefty check from his right-wing megadonors and a pat on the back from Donald Trump.

If Eric Schmitt can do all of that in just 6 minutes, imagine what he can do if he wins this election and gets 6 years to push his MAGA agenda in the Senate.

My 6 minutes has already run out, so I'm going to cut to the chase here: We have got to beat this guy, but Trudy cannot do that without your support. Please, will you rush a grassroots donation right now to help us compete with Republican megadonors, fight back against GOP attacks, and stop Eric Schmitt from taking his far-right agenda to the Senate?
