My friend Hillary Clinton is about to turn 75. Over the years, I’ve seen the force of her tremendous leadership and the extraordinary lasting impact of her work. I consider her a mentor, an inspiration, and one of my dearest friends.
I have always believed that there is no higher calling than public service, and Secretary Clinton has served our country with commitment and distinction – and continues to be an incredible force for good.

Additionally, Secretary Clinton has always championed the full equality for girls and women worldwide – a cause that is particularly dear to my heart.
