One of the worst things a person can do to another person is attack their identity as a human being.
In perhaps the most watched Senate race of 2022, the Democrat on the ballot in Wisconsin compared black conservatives to slaves.
As a black conservative, being attacked for my beliefs is nothing new, but what concerns me the most is what these attacks say about the state of our nation.
Rather than seeking to be everything our Founding Fathers believed we could be as a nation, some have chosen to go backwards by demeaning our fellow Americans when they disagree.
This is unacceptable behavior from any American, much less, a candidate for Senate!
John, I am saddened by this news, but unless we take a stand this November, I fear that this pattern will continue. We must unify our nation once again under the principles of freedom and liberty.
