Chris, just in time for Halloween, Sarah Palin is back, and she's running for the US House against Democrat Mary Peltola in the November 8 election.

Can you please join me in giving $2, $5, $10 or whatever you can afford to help Mary Peltola beat Sarah Palin in Alaska?

I'm going to spare you a long email. You know what a disaster Sarah Palin is. Imagine her having a seat in Congress.

Peltola, on the other hand, is a Native Alaskan, a former member of the Alaskan state house, and for the past month, the US Congresswoman from Alaska (she filled Don Young's seat after he died). The NYT has a wonderful profile on Peltola that you can read here.

Peltola is roundly liked, ran a campaign on bringing civility back to politics (to contrast her with Palin). And Peltola even got the endorsement of Alaska's Republican US Senator Lisa Murkowski, who said she's voting for the Democrat over Palin.

Peltola is also great on the issues. She's pro-choice, pro-environment, pro-LGBT, pro-ACA and more.
