I wanted to take a second to introduce myself. My name is Nick Scott, and I’m the Digital Director for the Virginia Democratic Party.

We’ve been hard at work this year, ensuring that we find every grassroots supporter and energize them into action this election season. But for me, this work is personal.

Pundits and election forecasters seem to agree: the Democratic majority in the U.S. House is in danger. This means President Biden’s agenda is in jeopardy of being stonewalled by a vengeful GOP majority. The Democratic legislative agenda – including things like funding for infrastructure, climate change solutions, mental health resources, immigration reform, and abortion rights – are all on the chopping block.

That’s why I’m reaching out to you. Can I count on you to join me in this fight to champion the Democratic majority in the House?
