Gone are the days when we can afford to focus on one issue at a time.‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Dear Supporter,

If you’ve been paying attention to the relentless assaults on your health and
the health of our common ecosystem—from chemical-spewing corporations and
polluting factory farms, to the blatant failure of government agencies to
protect you from those corporations—you’ll probably agree with me when I say
this:

2020 could be the year our endangered ecosystem passes the point of no return,
and human health is compromised beyond repair.

Or, this could be the year that we, the people, look past our minor differences
and unite to fight back against the greed and corruption that is destroying our
health, our planet and our children’s future.

OCA is committed to doubling down on our mission to protect your right to safe
food and a healthy ecosystem. But we need your support. Donate today, and the
Mercola Natural Health Foundation will match your gift.

[[link removed]]Let’s get real. Gone are the days when we can afford to focus on one issue at a
time.

We face multiple crises: pesticides, GMOs, soil degradation, species extinction,
air and water pollution, climate instability, the proliferation of
nutrient-deficient junk food.

Yes, we need to save the bees and polar bears.

And yes, we need to ban Monsanto’s GMOs and Roundup weedkiller, and Dow’s
brain-damaging chlorpyrifos.

But all of these issues, and more, are connected.

All of these issues come back to how we care for Earth and its natural cycles,
including how we grow the food we need to sustain our health.

I believe the only way we address these crises is by acknowledging their
interconnectedness, and then joining forces to solve them—not sitting in our
isolated silos, trying to take on one crisis at a time, by ourselves.

That’s why we’re intensifying our efforts to collaborate with other
organizations.

We’re working with U.S. Right to Know, to expose corporate corruption.

We’re working with Regeneration International to advance solutions to our food,
farming, forestry and land-use crises.

And we’re working with the Sunrise Movement to build a national coalition of
U.S. Farmers & Ranchers for a Green New Deal.

Because, let’s face it, the other root cause of our failure to treat the Earth
with respect is the failure of our political system to take a stand against
corporate corruption—and stand up for you .

The most important work we, and every other organization faces is the rebuilding
of a socially, environmentally and politically just society.

It’s a big job.

We’ll need a massive mobilization of people and resources, from across a wide
spectrum of diverse organizations and movements.

We’ll need you. Because failure is not an option.

Please join the movement for deep and lasting change in 2020. Donate today, and
the Mercola Natural Health Foundation will match your gift.
