This is potentially the stupidest way to lose a congressional seat EVER...

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette reports "Voter confusion...sends Summer Lee team scrambling."

Ugh. "The name 'Mike Doyle” is about as institutional as they come. The longtime congressman has served the area for years in Washington...But be warned: Mike Doyle -- the Forest Hills Democrat -- is not running for re-election this year. He’s retiring. The Mike Doyle on this November’s ballot is an entirely different person; he’s a Republican."

Dirty trick alert: Republicans nominated a guy with the same name as the retiring Democrat. Local voters are confused!

More reporting: "Not everyone knows the difference between the Doyles -- confusion that’s worried Democrat Summer Lee’s campaign as volunteers door knock across the 12th Congressional District."

This is supposed to be a SAFE Democratic seat. With democracy at stake, and the U.S. House at stake, we can't afford to lose this seat because of a mistaken identity.

Please make an emergency donation to Summer Lee to educate voters and ensure this seat stays Democratic.
