Last night, I went up against my MAGA extremist opponent Yvette Herrell in the first and only debate of this critical House race. The choice is clear this November, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.

Despite her lies and misinformation, we know the truth: Herrell will take NM-02 and our country backward by voting to ban abortion nationwide in every scenario, denying election results for the sake of partisan politics, and putting corporations over the people.

Unlike Herrell, I won’t prioritize pushing an extreme agenda or looking out for corporate interests. My #1 priority is to fight for you, the people.

When elected to Congress, I will always defend a woman’s right to choose, protect our environment and public lands, help raise wages and lower costs, and make healthcare more affordable. And I will never try to overturn the will of the people by denying election results.
