John, after our last debate, my radical GOP opponent Jen Kiggans slipped out a back door because she refused to answer the media’s question of whether or not President Biden won the 2020 election.

To be blunt, that shouldn’t be a difficult question for someone who wants to represent our district in Congress.

But it’s too difficult for Kiggans, because she’s too spineless to stand up to even the most extreme right-wing fringes of her party.

Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy knows it too. His top priority in November is defeating me, taking back the House majority, and crowning himself Speaker. That’s why GOP groups have shelled out $5.4 million so far in this race.

Kiggans is a pawn, not a leader, and we don’t need any more cowards in Congress.

I will always defend integrity and truth in Washington. But a new poll just showed that I'm locked in an even tie just over two weeks from Election Day. I need your help to fend off the constant Republican attacks against me and escape this deadlock before it's too late.
