Dear John,

I’m so glad to be in this struggle together.

Most tech tools — even those used by progressive groups — reproduce the systems of oppression and exploitation under which we live. They assert that only citizens matter, enforce a gender binary, and impose a colonial system of racial categories onto communities of color. Action Network is different.

We choose to put collective liberation at the very center of our creation process, and frontline communities are fighting back and winning.

Together with grassroots organizers, Action Network gives movement organizations:

  • Petitions and letter campaigns to put pressure on campaign targets

  • Email ladders to move supporters up the ladder of engagement

  • An events map tool that mobilizes supporters with autonomous and coordinated global action, like the Women’s March

  • Data fields that leave space for self-expression of gender and racial identities

  • And much more

I’d love to hear how you’ve used Action Network, or are planning to. Just reply to this email.

In Solidarity,
