Earlier this week, I sat down for an in-person debate against my opponent Tom Patti, and it was a doozy. I’m here to give you a full breakdown and I hope you’ll donate so we can win our toss-up race in 17 days.

When I first arrived, Tom Patti was nowhere to be found. In fact, we waited for 20 minutes for him to finally show up. He said he had the time wrong on his calendar. Ok…
Once we got started I opened by describing my 5th generation Valley roots and raising Lillian here. I talked about my three guiding principles (local, independent and effective), and I didn’t shy away from drawing contrast with my extremist opponent.
The differences are clear: my opponent wants to roll-back women’s rights, raise the cost of prescription drugs and is an extremist who refers to himself as the “Antichrist of the Leftists”. Seeing him try to explain that last point was really something.
By the end of the debate, anyone watching could see Tom Patti’s true extremist colors. It’s hard to defend yourself when you’re so out of step with the mainstream.
All this being said, very few people even tuned into the debate (it only has 52 views on YouTube!). We have to get the word out about Tom Patti’s extremist beliefs because people aren’t organically tuning into this toss-up race. We need your help to get the truth out before more voters cast their ballots!
