In a moment, I am going to ask you to make one, final contribution to my re-election campaign. I hope you will, because because time is running out to get the results we all want on Election Day.

Here’s why:

By now, every registered voter in California should have received a ballot in the mail.

That’s because unlike red states, states like Texas, we’re not scared of what happens when people exercise their fundamental right to vote.

And it’s never been more important.

I know we say that all the time, but it really has never been more important.

Think about it.

Abortion is on the ballot in California.

Gun safety is on the ballot.

Some of the most important House races in the country — races that will determine control of Congress — are on the ballot.

That’s why, one more time, I am asking you to help us turn out voters in record numbers this Election Day. So please:

Make a contribution to my re-election campaign today - $5, $10 whatever you can afford - and we’ll put it right to work turning out California Democrats in races up-and-down the ballot.
