Friend, Today is the day- Today, October 22nd, kicks off the first day of early voting this General Election cycle! We are at the end of Early Voting in the 2022 Primary! Starting today, until November 4th, you can make your voice heard early and feel confident that you’ve gotten it out of the way! If you still haven’t registered to vote, you still have time to register on election day! You can vote in-person or drop off your completed mail ballot at any vote center in your county. You can find locations & hours available for Clark County here and Washoe County here. Voters can register to vote AND cast their ballot on the same day. You must have a current, unexpired Nevada-issued ID or one of the following: Military ID, bank or credit union statement, paycheck, car registration or insurance, utility bill, any government document. You can also drop off your completed mail ballot in the locked dropbox at designated vote centers and skip the line! For a list and schedule for drop-off locations in Clark County, go here. For drop-off locations in Washoe County, go here. Be sure to SIGN THE ENVELOPE! You can also still vote by mail! Simply fill out the ballot which was mailed to you, seal it in the return envelope, SIGN THE ENVELOPE on the OUTSIDE, and drop it in the mailbox. Ballots must be postmarked ON or BEFORE Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 by 7:00PM, and received by 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 10th, 2022. So don’t wait if you choose this method! Check out our nonpartisan voter guide at www.votesmartnv.org to see candidates’ responses to survey questions in their own words to help you decide as you’re filling out your ballot. If you have any questions while you are voting, please call the Voter Protection hotline. We offer support in English: (866)-687-8683, Arabic: (844)-925-5287, Spanish: (888)-839-8682, And APIA Languages: (888)-274-8683.
