MAGA election deniers are running for office up and down the ballot in nearly every state, including in tightly contested races for attorney general.
Races for governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general, Senate, and House seats will all impact how our elections are overseen. With democracy under repeated threat from Republican AGs and candidates, it’s critical that our Democratic AGs and candidates win in November.
There is a heavy proportion of 2020 election deniers on the ballot in states like Arizona, Georgia and Michigan, with radical candidates running to be those states’ attorneys general. If enough of these Big Lie enthusiasts are able to win office, it will give them a platform to try and steal the 2024 presidential election – no matter how close it is – and we cannot afford to let that happen.
