Greg Abbott’s new ad about Beto is a total lie. And it’s not the first
time Abbott has misled Texas voters — CNN caught the Abbott campaign
editing Beto’s audio for another attack ad last month.
It’s obvious that Abbott is fear-mongering in an attempt to distract from
his eight years of failing Texas and failing to keep our communities safe
as violent crime has skyrocketed and gun violence has become the leading
cause of death for kids and teens in this state.
We have to act now if we want to set the record straight — Abbott has
spent over $23 million on ads attacking us and he’s already booked another
$11 million in ads before the end of the election.
