Victory! Court Ruling Halts Radical Biden Administration Gender Identity Rules!

Recently a federal district court ruled that the Biden Administration’s implementation of rules requiring bathroom, locker room, shower, and pronoun usage based on gender identity violates Title VII and federal agencies’ own requirements.

Jonathan Saenz, attorney and President for Texas Values stated the following regarding this decision:
“The Biden Administration’s attempts to coerce woke gender ideology on Texas employees and Texas children failed once again. In its eagerness to mandate extreme political views, the federal government is becoming famous for misreading and misapplying the law. We are grateful for this legal victory, and will continue working to protect Texas kids.”
