This is alarming, John.

With just 18 days until the election, two back-to-back polls show me statistically tied with my extreme, right-wing opponent.

With the Senate majority hinging on this seat, and so little time to pull ahead, this is just not where we want to be.

But instead of giving up, we’re going to redouble our efforts, and to do that, John, we are going to need your help.

My team has been working around the clock to ensure that we are poised to make up critical ground before Election Day. And that’s where you come in. I know that most people who get this email won’t give, but if *you* can, John, please do.

If we are going to head into Election Day with the resources – and the momentum – we need to win, we’ll need people like you to step up and contribute to our final push.

This most recent batch of polling is yet another warning about how tight this race is. Thanks in large part to the nearly $60 million the GOP is spending to elect Don Bolduc, this race will be won or lost at the margins.

And we are running out of time to make a difference at those margins. So please, contribute whatever you can. And please, do it today.

While we don’t have much time to make up the ground we will need to win, if you can help us collect every resource possible, I know that we can push back against the attacks that are costing us in the polls and win this critical seat in November.

With every good wish,
Maggie Hassan
