John,

A jury sided with Planned Parenthood, forcing pro-lifers to pay the abortion giant millions in damages for exposing the sale of aborted babies' body parts.

The abortion distortion was on full display in federal court, but we're going to appeal this MAJOR INJUSTICE.

Planned Parenthood sued our client, among others, over undercover videos exposing horrific truths about the abortion industry.

The judge essentially ruled that the pro-lifers who exposed Planned Parenthood's evil were liable for trespass and instructed the jury to decide how much they should have to pay Planned Parenthood as punishment, as well as their liability on other claims.

Planned Parenthood is celebrating, saying it's "thrilled." But this battle is far from over.

The ACLJ is preparing to appeal this case and defeat Planned Parenthood.

We're also in a showdown at the Supreme Court in another case that could be the biggest abortion case of the current Court, with our brief due next week. But we face another challenge.

These cases demand time and immense resources. The abortion lobby seems to have an unlimited supply of both. We urgently need your Tax-Deductible support, and we're still short of our goal.

Have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED dollar-for-dollar to fight Planned Parenthood and save unborn babies. Our Matching Challenge DEADLINE is in just over 72 hours. $25 becomes $50; $50 becomes $100.

Have Your Gift Doubled Before Our Looming DEADLINE.
