John, Earlier this week, I held a press conference about media reports that Raphael Warnock had initiated eviction proceedings against multiple low-income parishioners who live in a building owned by his church. Their crime? Failing to pay as little as $28 in past-due rent. Needless to say, the press conference attracted a lot of attention – including from far-Left protesters. Unfortunately, things quicky turned ugly. A protester, who our campaign has since identified as an anti-police activist and Warnock supporter, said about me: "He's a joke. He tap dances, and he's a house n*****." These comments were made in front of the media. They didn't challenge the man. They didn't ask him about his racist comments. Nothing. You haven't heard about this incident from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the largest newspaper in Georgia, because they aren't covering it. In fact, when one of my campaign staff approached the newspaper's reporter on the scene, he laughed in our faces after being told about the racial slur hurled at me. If this racial slur had been used against my Democrat opponent, who is also a Black man, you can rest assured the incident would be covered by every media outlet in Georgia and many across the country. John, we all know there's a double standard in the media against conservatives, and we have the deck stacked against us. The media have made it clear they're not going to write a story about the Left using racial slurs against me, which has happened repeatedly throughout this race. The best thing I know to do is send a clear message by beating the Left – and their disgusting attacks – at the ballot box. Will you stand with me now so we can pull ahead and win this tied race?
