Notice of Request for a Permit
Pursuant to provisions of the Wyoming Industrial Development Information and Siting Act and Siting Rules and Regulations, Notice is hereby given that South Cheyenne Solar, LLC, has filed an application for the construction and operation of the South Cheyenne Solar Project (Project).? The Project will be constructed on all private and state land leases in Laramie County. The Project is planned to be up to 150 megawatts (MW) in size, consisting of photovoltaic solar panel arrays, one substation, and a 2.58-mile interconnection transmission line.? The applicant proposes a 10-month construction period beginning in March 2023 with commercial operation in December 2023.? South Cheyenne Solar estimates a 10-month average workforce of 113 with a peak of 182 in June 2023.

Notice of Hearing
Pursuant to W. S. 16-3-107, Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Industrial Siting Council will conduct a contested case hearing on the Application for a Permit for the South Cheyenne Solar Project at 8:00 A.M. on January 5-6, 2023 in the Wyoming Room at Little America, 2800 W Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82009.? The Council will consider the applicant?s request for a Permit pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act (W. S. 35-12-101 et. seq.) and the Rules and Regulations adopted thereunder. ?Persons eligible pursuant to W. S. 35-12-111 and wishing to participate must notify the Industrial Siting Council in writing by December 2, 2022 and participate in the pre-hearing meeting on December 16, 2022 from 10 AM to 2 PM. ?Persons desiring to make a limited appearance statement only may submit a written statement as provided by W. S. 35-12-111(c).?
