October 21, 2022 - 50002-9-PA-22/50033-22-PA-22/50047-4-PA-22 (Record No. 17179) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice that Wamsutter Pipeline LLC (Wamsutter), Mountain Gas Transportation, LLC (Mountain Gas) and Overland Trail Transmission, LLC (Overland Trail) (Collectively the Companies) filed a Joint Application requesting authority to transfer the Companies to new direct owners as a result of the reorganization of Western Midstream Partners, LP (Western).
