Sometimes it feels like Biden’s government has truly forgotten about us.
This is Tiffany Smiley, and my family knows better than most how difficult it
can be to get support from the federal government.
I spent years working for my husband to receive the care he earned after he
was wounded in Iraq.
Rather than simply going along with Army protocols and the federal bureaucrats
who were insisting I immediately sign paperwork to discharge my husband, I
advocated for him, his dreams, and for the care I knew he had earned.
