AIPAC Update

A potential nuclear deal with Iran is "not even on the agenda,"
[link removed]
according to U.S. Special Envoy for Iran Rob Malley.

What's happening: Iran is arming Putin with
[link removed]
suicide drones to kill Ukrainians.

-
The White House also announced that Iranian soldiers are in Crimea training Russian forces to use the deadly weapons.

-
Initial reports indicate Iran is also

transferring missiles to Russia.

This support for Putin comes amid widespread protests in Iran challenging the regime's legitimacy, and a continued crackdown in which the regime has killed hundreds of innocent civilians heroically risking their lives for freedom.

Our view: The administration must use all of our economic and diplomatic tools to immediately cut off the cash flow to the Iranian regime.

- Standing with the Iranian protesters means cutting off the cash flow to their oppressors.

- Supporting Ukraine and standing up to Putin requires stopping Iran from arming Russia.

- Now is the time to fully enforce sanctions and cut Iran off from the international financial and oil markets.

Palestinian Leaders Continue to Glorify Terrorists

[link removed]

On Sunday, Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh
[link removed]
met with the family of a terrorist killed while attacking Israeli troops, calling him a "martyr."
-
The Palestinian PM posed for a picture with masked gunmen wearing terrorist insignia, including that of Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

-
Shtayyeh is also pictured alongside Fathi Hazem, the father of the terrorist who carried out a shooting attack on Tel Aviv’s Dizengoff Street in April, killing three and injuring six. Context: Shtayyeh's public glorification of terrorists comes just days after the murder of two Israeli soldiers and violent Palestinian riots.

Meanwhile: The Palestinian Authority continues its pay-for-slay program, financially rewarding terrorists and their families for attacks committed against Israel.

The bottom line: The PA must stop glorifying terrorists, clamp down on rising radicalization and work with Israeli security services to combat terror.
-
The U.S. must continue to support our ally Israel as it works to protect its citizens from terror attacks.

Anti-Israel U.N. Commission Releases Second Outrageous Report

On Thursday, the U.N.'s anti-Israel Commission of Inquiry (COI) submitted its second report to the General Assembly.
- Context: Last May, the U.N. Human Rights Council (UNHRC) established an
[link removed]
unprecedented, open-ended COI to permanently target the Jewish state.
What's in it: The report reflects the UNHRC's outrageous, predetermined bias against Israel.
- Notably, it mentions Israel 277 times and doesn’t mention Hamas once. The bottom line: The United States must reject this biased, U.N.-funded attack against Israel and continue to oppose efforts to isolate, attack and delegitimize the Jewish state.

TAKE ACTION
Urge Congress to pass the COI Elimination Act.

The mission of AIPAC is to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel.
