Low Cost Over-the-Counter Hearing Aids Hit Shelves
This week, over-the-counter hearing aids became available at local drug stores, including Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and Best Buy. In August, the Food and Drug Administration issued a rule to allow over-the-counter sales.
This is a huge step in delivering more affordable healthcare prices and delivers estimated savings of $3,000 per paid to the millions of Americans with hearing loss. Read more about where to find hearing aids here.
