Republican WRECKS NYC Mayor Over Latest Attack

De Blasio needs to get his act together!

On a recent airing of “Fox & Friends,” Representative Lee Zeldin (R-NY) attacked New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) over the recent antisemitic attacks in New York.

According to Breitbart, Zeldin stated, “There’s a massive leadership failure in New York City, and Bill de Blasio’s answer has been, have another press conference, and if it happens again, have another press conference.”

Then Zeldin credited de Blasio for increasing police presence in the city stating, “It needs to happen more, and there needs to be some level of burden-sharing here. You need to see, on all levels of government, elected officials and community leaders going all in to confront this and crush it.”

“[T]he feckless leadership from de Blasio, it’s so frustrating on so many levels, and we’re seeing it here, and people are getting hurt because of it.” You can watch a clip of Zeldin’s comments here.

It’s not too often you get to see House Speaker Nancy Pelosi interacting with everyday Americans and the reason why might be because of situations like this.

According to the Federalist Papers, at a recent San Francisco 49ers game a fan came up to Pelosi to ask if he could have a picture with her. Right before the picture was taken he made a comment that Pelosi definitely didn’t like. “I just want to tell you, I don’t like what you’re doing in California,” the fan said which caused Pelosi to immediately sit down.

In a recent CBS interview, Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) claimed that praying for the president was “one of the greatest spiritual challenges” he’s had to face so far.

During the interview Coons stated, “We’ve had a number of sharp exchanges. And, you know, the- the president’s been a real challenge for me to find ways to work with. I’ll tell you that praying for the president is probably one of the greatest spiritual challenges I’ve had to work through in my life. I was raised to pray for those in positions of authority, the senators and governors and congressmen and president.”

“And President Trump and I have very different views about some core issues,” he said. “We’ve had a conversation about his treatment of refugees and his blocking folks from coming to our country and the so-called Muslim ban that he enacted right when he was elected. And we’ve also had a conversation about abortion and reproductive rights. And I think we vigorously, vigorously disagree on both.
