Political con artists like Ken Buck are a symptom of a deeper problem in our system of government.
What the people of my district really want is someone who will stop playing games and speak the truth: politicians of both parties have, over the decades, allowed corporations and the almighty dollar to run roughshod over working class people in this country.
This has happened through terrible policies like foreign ownership of farmland; right to work laws that strip employees of their collective bargaining power; and lax antitrust enforcement, which has given rise to massive corporate conglomerates dictating prices, supply, and even distribution within so many industries.
Ken Buck pretends to care about all of this, but then he takes hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from the biggest corporate players in tech, agriculture, and finance. A person like that can't be trusted to do the right thing in Congress.
I am running to make life better for farmers, ranchers, small business owners, retail and service workers, teachers, and families—and anyone who is suffering right now. And my team and I won’t rest until we reach as many voters as we can to unseat Ken Buck.
