John: The Working Families Party has been on the front lines of the fight against big banks and the billionaire class for two decades — and we count on your grassroots donations to keep on growing this movement together, as Elizabeth Warren writes below. Can you make an end-of-year contribution before our last and biggest deadline of the year on 12/31 so that we can go even bigger in 2020?

John,
It takes guts to fight on the right side of history — to take on the rich and powerful in Washington, not just for a single day, but every day.
I know a thing or two about it. And let me tell you, since their founding in 1998, Working Families Party members have been some of the gutsiest activists around. They’ve been on the frontlines against big banks, corrupt Republicans, and the ultra-billionaires for two decades.
But here’s the thing: it takes a lot of resources to build a grassroots powered organization like the WFP. All the great work they do? It’s fueled by people like you, reading emails like this one. So that’s why I’m asking:
Will you show your support by making a $3 donation to the Working Families Party today? The single biggest fundraising deadline of the year is just 3 days away on December 31st. They could really use your help.

It was such an honor to receive WFP’s endorsement — especially with a field of so many terrific candidates. But the part that really inspires me is what it says about the movement that we’re building.
Together, people from every corner of this country are coming together to take on the big banks that crashed our economy and defrauded the American people in 2008.
We’re coming together to take on a corrupt government that works for big drug companies and giant defense contractors instead of working families.
And we’re coming together to take on a status quo that, for too long, has settled for small nibbles around the edges, rather than the sweeping structural change that millions of Americans need.
We’re coming together to win all this and more. But this work is only made possible by grassroots donations. So I’m personally asking you: will you pitch in $3 or anything you can before the final deadline of the year on December 31st?
We’ve come a long way, John. The idea of a two-cent wealth tax wasn’t even really on the table until this year — but now, it’s a rallying cry, and it’s supported by majorities of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. We're fighting for ideas that are big enough to make a real difference in people's lives — and now, those ideas are getting taken seriously. Ideas like Universal Child care and early education, canceling student loan debt, free two-year and four-year public college and technical school, Medicare for All, and more.
That’s incredible progress. And we can help advance that progress by continuing to support groups like the Working Families Party.
I hope you’ll join me in doing that today.
Thanks for being a part of this,
Elizabeth
