The endorsements include Jennifer Brunner, Terri Jamison and Marilyn Zayas for the?Ohio Supreme Court



The Ohio Supreme Court will shape our climate future.



Several energy and utility questions are likely to come before the Ohio Supreme Court in the next two years, including cases involving coal plant subsidies, HB 6 corruption, and renewable energy project siting. <[link removed]>



The court will play an important role in deciding whether ratepayers will recover up to $1.4 billion for the FirstEnergy bribery scandal and who has the right to sue and block renewable energy permitting in Ohio.







Why this race is so crucial



Ohio legislative leaders ignored the voters of this state to hold onto power. Now they're appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court to erode the democratic process even further.?Ohio GOP leaders?have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overrule Ohio's Constitution and give them free rein to rig elections with gerrymandering <[link removed]>.

Voters in all Ohio counties will vote for Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals seats in 2022. Local court seats will be on the ballot in most counties as well.
