But as you know, the radical Left –– empowered by Biden, Pelosi and other extremists -- are ramping up their attacks...
That’s why we’re not celebrating, we’re not slowing down, we are ramping up to take on even more critical cases to defeat them.
Now, let me tell you about our new case and how we’re using your support to take the fight to the radical Left:
New Case Update #1: Hastings Committee v. California - Rewriting History
This is our brand-new case to stop the radical Left’s rewriting of history to fit it’s woke narrative.
Just recently California ripped the name of Serranus Hastings off Hasting Law School –– even though he founded the school with a charitable legacy gift.
They took his name off the school because of a poorly sourced opinion piece in the New York Times.
But it doesn’t matter if it’s true or not –– the radical Left just wants to change our history and paint America as an evil and racist nation.
So, they lie. They attack. And the politicians bow to the woke mob...
In our schools, they’re teaching children that our founding fathers were evil. In the streets, they’re tearing down statues of great Americans like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
Serranus Hastings was a giant in the legal community –– he was a Congressman and the Chief Justice of the Iowa and California Supreme Court, but the Left doesn’t care. They want to tear it all down...
Well, I say no more. It’s time to take a stand –– and that’s exactly what we’re doing in this critical case.
Case Update #2: Shawn McBreairty v. Maine Regional School
This is our new case against Maine Regional School District 22 for illegally silencing a parent.
The school banned Shawn from attending his daughter’s graduation AND from speaking at school board meetings!
He was targeted because he questioned the school’s Left-wing curriculum –– he dared to speak out against the radical school board and teachers...
So, they punished him.
The Left believes they should dictate what our children learn –– and parents should be SILENCED!
But we’re fighting back –– and winning!
We already won a restraining order against the school board in federal court for its censorship of Shawn.
Then the school district settled the federal case, agreeing to pay Mr. McBreairty $40,000 in damages/fees.
But this fight is far from over. The school is still suing Shawn in state court for speaking out against radical teachers...
And it’s critical we win. In fact, we just filed an anti-SLAPP countersuit in state court against the school board and are awaiting our hearing date.
John, we have to let every single liberal school board member, administrator and teacher know they cannot silence parents who defend their children from radical indoctrination!
Case Update #3: Konen v. Spreckels School District
This is our landmark lawsuit to stop schools and teachers from corrupting and indoctrinating our innocent children. In case you missed the details of our case, let me quickly recap it.
Jessica Konen, the mother of an innocent 12-year-old girl, was called into her daughter’s school and told that her daughter was now a “boy”.
She found out that her young daughter had been groomed into identifying as “transgender” and “bisexual”.
The school pushed Jessica’s innocent daughter to create a whole new identity -- complete with a new boy’s name, new pronouns and had her use a different bathroom...
Jessica’s daughter was told NOT to tell her mom because her mom could not be “trusted”.
These extremists are not concerned with teaching our children to read or do math...
Their goal is to indoctrinate a generation of children to reject their parent’s values and embrace the Left’s radical propaganda.
The only way to stop these radical activists and the schools is for them to pay for their actions.
That’s why our lawsuit names the “teachers” – because we must hold these individuals accountable also.
Make no mistake – if we win this landmark case every single one of these so-called teachers will take notice.
