I'm so proud of this movement and everything we have accomplished so far. We're building a movement capable of defeating Marco Rubio in November and EXPANDING our Democratic Senate majority. But my finance director informed me today that I still need 219 more supporters to become Election Year members.

This is the worst moment to fall short: Rubio has just launched another massive attack ad campaign to defeat me. They're spending millions to tell Floridians lies about me, because they know that if I win this seat, Democrats are virtually guaranteed to keep Senate control.

I have a tough road ahead, but I'm neck and neck with Marco Rubio. Democratic strategists like James Carville say there's "zero doubt" I can win this race – but I can't do it alone.
