Notice for the State Loan and Investment Board Special Meeting to Consider ARPA Eligible Water and Sewer Grant Applications

A Special Meeting of the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the Board to consider ARPA eligible Water and Sewer (W&S) projects. The meeting will convene in the Capitol Complex Auditorium, and via web conference, and is open to the public. If you have business before the Board or wish to provide comment on any matter at the meeting and cannot attend in person, please register for the meeting?"*here [ [link removed] ]*".?Additionally, the meeting will be live-streamed at lands.wyo.gov [ [link removed] ] for the public to view.

This notice is intended to inform the public and media that an Executive Session will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, by the State Loan and Investment Board and State Board of Land Commissioners. The meeting will convene at 9:00 a.m. in the Capitol Complex Auditorium. The items for discussion in the executive session will be limited to appropriate items, as described within Wyo. Stat. Ann. ? 16-4-405.
