Smiles
Anyone who tells me that rock and roll is dead doesn’t listen to the amazing “jam bands” that are out there like Tedeschi Trucks. And they don’t follow the Grateful Dead inspired bands, not to mention the ones that include former members of the Dead. Phil Lesh and Friends are one of the best examples of this out there. Such bands typically perform in small theaters, which enhance the audience experience. I’m also always amazed that in the pandemic era, these shows are also often available as live streams. This clip of Phil and Friends is from a couple of days ago and features his son Grahame on guitar and vocals. Really beautiful.
