Peace of mind comes from trust

Most of you know I am an animal rescue advocate. What you may not know is that I foster dogs/puppies who have serious medical needs. You’ve met Bailey, my pup who had burns on both sides of her body that were healed with time and love.
I have also fostered dogs/puppies with severe cases of mange, emaciated dogs, and abandoned
puppies.
Even though the rescue organizations that I am affiliated with have their own vets, I always take the dog/puppy to my personal vet for a baseline visit and to put them in my vet’s system.
Why?
Peace of mind.
My vet is 3 minutes away and the rescue vet is 35+ minutes away. I have peace of mind knowing if the dog/puppy ever had a medical problem that they would quickly have the care they needed.
Peace of mind comes from trust.
As your Councilwoman, I will work every day so that you have peace of mind: · A fresh start for a less divisive and polarizing city council · Open dialogue and respect for community input · Accountability, accessibility, and transparency · Independent and not beholden to anyone but you · Community-focused and integrity-driven

The amount isn’t as important as the donation itself because it’s going to take a lot of people chipping in as much as they can to reach our goal. A win this November is a win for our families and businesses.
Thank you for your trust and support,
Joan Greene
