I finished my first and only debate with Marco Rubio, and, before the adrenaline wears off, I wanted to write you this quick note.

I made the case for a better Florida – one in which gun violence is addressed, reproductive rights are protected and working families have a real champion in the Senate.

Meanwhile, Marco Rubio relied on fear tactics, lies and outright conspiracy theories in an attempt to distort his record (and mine). Truthfully, I've dealt with bad guys like Rubio dozens of times in my 27 years as a law enforcement officer. But we have a problem.

A recent poll shows this race tied – and I can only build this momentum with your help.
