Planned Parenthood is a billion-dollar abortion business. Right now, we’re taking it on directly in federal court.

Planned Parenthood is in trouble. We just helped beat it twice in the 9th Circuit, and it fired its president.

But now Planned Parenthood wants to “double down on abortion.”

It already kills more than 330,000 unborn babies a year. It was caught selling the body parts of babies it aborted. Congressional committees referred Planned Parenthood and others in the abortion industry for criminal prosecution, detailing first-hand evidence of unconscionable criminal and illegal actions by abortion providers and fetal tissue procurement companies.

We’re directly in federal court against Planned Parenthood on these issues. And it’s why the Trump Administration enacted new rules to defund the abortion giant of millions of dollars. Now these cases are likely headed to the Supreme Court; and if the Supreme Court agrees to hear them, we will file a critical amicus brief to defund millions from Planned Parenthood.
