When I announced my first run for Congress back in 2017, I told you about how our representative at the time, Bruce Poliquin, had broken his promises. In Congress, Poliquin consistently voted on the side of special interests and party leaders in Washington to prop up the few at the expense of the many – and then he refused to answer to his constituents when questioned about those votes.

I made a promise to you that, unlike Bruce Poliquin, I’d stand against powerful special interests and the political establishment to return power to you, the people of Maine’s Second District. And I’ve worked hard to stand by that word these last four years in Washington.

But now, Poliquin is running to take back this seat – and he’s being supported by Kevin McCarthy and dark-money groups with deep pockets. I’m committed to fighting for you in Congress, but the other side is targeting our district heavily.
