ONE MONTH UNTIL FACING RACE! 

Facing Race, the largest multiracial, intergenerational gathering for organizers, educators, creatives, and other leaders will be happening in just one month. This one-of-a-kind gathering for organizers, activists, artists, leaders, and racial justice movement makers is taking place both in-person in Phoenix, AZ, and online from November 17-19. 

We’re excited to announce the opening plenary for Facing Race 2022 –– Meeting The Moment: The Future Of Governance And Multiracial Democracy.

The opening plenary will be moderated by Race Forward President Glenn Harris and will feature an invigorating and powerful panel featuring Sulma Arias, Executive Director, People’s Action, and Michael McAfee, President and CEO, PolicyLink, and Grecia Lima, National Political Director, Community Change. 

Only eight days after the 2022 midterm elections, the panel will focus on building collective power and strategies to address the roots of systemic racism and to challenge and put an end to political violence and the rapid march towards white authoritarianism.
