He's recorded misleading robocalls and conveniently forgets to identify as a Republican, even leaving it off his official campaign website — all while actually championing the most extreme anti-choice, pro-NRA policies of the GOP.
THEN: A GOP super PAC went on the air in Western Pennsylvania with an ad that directly attacks Summer. They are now the only political ads being aired in this race because the GOP has a bottomless war chest to spend against our people-powered movement. Republicans are using dirty political tactics to attack Summer — and they've spent over $3 million tearing Summer down in the last month.
NOW: Today, election experts at Sabato's Crystal Ball DOWNGRADED our race with exactly 20 days until the election — that means Republicans are closing in on this race.
John, this is a wake-up call for our campaign. If we're going to elect Summer on November 8, we need to join together and hit every fundraising goal we set before Election Day. We need the resources to combat Republican attack ads on TV and show people a better vision forward for PA-12.
