John,
I knew when I decided to run for office that my campaign would be met with support from a whole lot of folks, and I've been honored to see that
support at hundreds of campaign stops across Georgia.
But there are also racist bigots who want to demean me for the color of my skin and tear me apart because of my conservative viewpoints.
Yesterday I was attacked with racial slurs at a campaign event because I don't fit the Left's idea of what it means to be Black and conservative in
America.
While I was holding a press conference in front of an apartment building owned by Raphael Warnock's church – which has attempted to evict
residents for late rent payments (sometimes for as little as $28), a protester in the crowd said of me:
"He's a joke. He tap dances, and he's a house n*****." |
The reporters who were covering our event said nothing.
The local reporters who were covering our event questioned no one, despite urgent pleas from my campaign staff to do so.
Unfortunately, this doesn't surprise me because that's the mainstream media for you. If Fox News had not reported it, the protester would've gotten
away with it in plain sight.
John, it's sad this is the type of environment we're running in, but it's a pattern from the Left we've seen numerous times throughout this
campaign. With early voting already underway, we need to ensure Georgians that we're not fazed by the
nasty attacks against us.
Will you stand with me today to make it
clear to the Left that we will not stand for this divisive, hateful language?
Stand With Herschel →
Yesterday's protester viciously attacked me for the color of my skin because I'm willing to STAND UP for my conservative values and SPEAK OUT for the
truth.
Georgia needs a new U.S. Senator, and I hope
you'll support our campaign today to make it happen.
Thank you,
Herschel Walker
