The Houston Chronicle just endorsed Beto. Take a look:
The Houston Chronicle endorsed Greg Abbott in 2018, but just endorsed Beto over him! They know that Abbott has failed our state and offers nothing to Texans except an extreme agenda — including his ban on abortion with no exception for rape or incest.
Our campaign has serious momentum: Beto is polling within the margin of error, we’re securing major endorsements, and we have a volunteer army of 100,000+ folks who are fired up about helping to elect Beto.
BUT…
We have to reach our $1,000,000 fundraising goal before midnight tonight in order to help close the gap in our budget. We’re currently facing a $2.5 million shortfall between our budget and our fundraising projections.
