John – it’s 2022,we’re coming off a world-wide pandemic, the US Senate is split 50/50 down the middle, and basic human rights are on the ballot. We don’t need to tell you how important the November 8th elections are and how many important races there are to watch and support.
Fetterman in Pennsylvania, Barnes in Wisconsin, Warnock in Georgia and others. They have the ground support, professional staff, and most importantly the pocketbooks of the national donor base.
Despite polling within 2 points of Todd Young, increased momentum in fundraising and messaging, and various endorsements, the DC Establishment has refused to get involved in our campaign . They’ve written Indiana off as a deep red state and left Hoosiers behind.
We need to take a page from Stacey Abrams playbook . Democrats must contest every race across the board and aim to win. This is why we have come together with two other US Senate candidates to form The Heartland Senate Fund.

The midwest has historically been the guideline for American politics. The national party and Senate Democratic Campaign Committee have put all their chips in a few select races. This strategy is flawed. Not putting up a challenge in races where we have a shot is why we have lost so many state houses, governor mansions, and federal races. In order to beat Republicans up and down the ballot we need to have a 50 state strategy.
The Heartland Fund has chosen to come together to endorse and help raise funds for three United States Senate campaigns, including ours!
Together with Brian Beings (D-SD) and Mark Holland (D-KS) we can unite the written off midwestern Democrats and amplify our voices.
Our message to Washington: America’s heartland is ready to win.
All of our campaigns have two things in common: our ability to win and the relatively low cost to do so. Our media market price points are much lower, our opponents don’t have huge operations, and we have been consistently gaining on our Republican opponents. With a large last minute fundraising push these campaigns can put each of their races into play and show the national party that the heartland should not be written off as GOP country.
Please consider donating what you can spare. [[link removed]] Your donation will be split between the three Senate campaigns and will go a long way in helping to flip all three of these seats from Red to Blue!
