Friends,

President Biden has announced that if Democrats expand their Senate majority and hold the House this November, the first bill he sends to Congress will be to codify Roe v. Wade :

“If you do your part and vote for Democratic leaders in Congress, I promise you we’ll do our part. I’ll do my part”

Reproductive rights are on the chopping block, and our decision will determine whether we’ll live in a democracy where extremist Republicans will decide our fate, or if our right to choose will be protected.

So please, will you make your first donation of $10 right now to support Democrats through this final stretch and help President Biden gain the momentum he needs to codify Roe ? [[link removed]]

It has been more than 100 days since the Trump-packed U.S. Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade . In that time, at least 66 clinics across 15 states have been forced to stop offering abortions.

There are now zero health care providers offering abortions in 14 of those 15 states.

Zero.

Not when a girl is raped. Not when a woman is the victim of domestic violence. Not when there's a heart-wrenching fetal abnormality. And not when the person who is pregnant doesn't want to be or cannot be pregnant.

The results of overturning Roe are devastating, but we need to be clear-eyed that it may get a lot worse — and very quickly — if Republicans take Congress.Sen. Lindsay Graham has already proposed a national abortion ban in the Senate, and House Republicans are chomping at the bit to pass a similar ban in the House.

The GOP is gaining ground in key races, and they’ve made it crystal clear that they’ll ban abortion nationwide if we give them control of Congress.

Will you donate $10 — or whatever you can spare at this important moment — to combat the Republicans’ extremist agenda and keep Congress blue? [[link removed]]

What comes next couldn’t be more important. We need action. So, we aren’t giving up. Instead, we’re using our rage to fuel us. But we know victory doesn’t happen overnight. It comes in the form of small wins that add up over time – gradually, but relentlessly. Your support enables us to keep fighting. [[link removed]]
