John,

Ballots will be counted in less than 3 weeks, so I wanted to take a moment and give you a quick update from HQ.

Even with all the noise and slander from Michelle Steel and Washington Republicans, our campaign remains focused on our voters. In these final weeks, we’re still doing the work to hear from our community about how our government can better serve the people. It’s been a long road, but this campaign has been about giving Orange County the voice in Congress we deserve.

As always, I can’t thank you enough for your support, and I hope you enjoy the latest pictures from the campaign trail.

– Jay

I joined Planned Parenthood and OC Huddle in protest of Michelle Steel’s sponsorship of the “Life at Conception Act,” which bans abortion nationwide without exception and some types of birth control. They have been gathering at Steel’s office for months, and I got to join them this month.

I am proud to have the support of so many counselors, instructors, and librarians of the North Orange County Community College District. I am committed to creating safe and supportive school environments for students and educators. It was a pleasure to meet you all!

Cerritos held its first successful Diwali Festival. Hopefully, this will become an annual tradition for the city. I always have a great time celebrating this district's rich diversity and culture.

Thanks to Vicky for hosting, I got to meet and greet voters in Rossmoor. Rossmoor may be small, but it continues to show up in big ways!

Lastly, this past weekend we celebrated the release of Michael Nguyen, who the Vietnamese government wrongly imprisoned. We gave our thanks to Rep. Porter, Rep. Correa, and Rep. Lowenthal for securing Nguyen’s release. Karen and I were honored that Michael invited us.

Running a grassroots campaign in a district as large and diverse as ours can get expensive. While our opponent can depend upon PAC money from far-right special interests, we rely on support from individual donors like you.

If you can, help keep our voter outreach program going by chipping in a donation of $3 today.
