In 2020, we saw Democrats pull every trick in the book and we're not going to allow it again.

On Monday, the PAGOP joined the Republican National Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee in a lawsuit against Governor Tom Wolf's administration to stop them from illegally accepting UNDATED mail-in ballots. Simply put – UNDATED ballots should not be counted per Pennsylvania law, and the U.S. Supreme Court's recent order.
