John,
Just four months ago, the Supreme Court upended the law of the land and overturned Roe v. Wade. This decision took a sledgehammer to the almost 50-year-old precedent guaranteeing a woman’s right to choose. But that ruling was just a preview of what’s to come.
Now that the Supreme Court is back in session, they have a laundry list of consequential cases on their docket, covering issues like voting rights, affirmative action, environmental protections, and election laws.
John, if we’ve learned anything from the last Supreme Court session, it’s that we NEED to keep a Democratic majority in Congress to counteract a conservative Supreme Court. Will you chip in just $5 to help us reach more voters in the final weeks leading up to Election Day?

Donald Trump’s conservative appointees have tipped the court from an unbiased judicial body to a right-wing legislative one. |
The United States government must operate on a system of checks and balances. If the Supreme Court wants to legislate from the bench, then it’s up to Congress to keep them in check. The only way we can do that is by preventing Republicans from taking back Congress in November.
Kevin McCarthy becoming Speaker of the House would give Donald Trump’s Supreme Court free rein to push a conservative agenda without any consequences. Will you rush a donation of $5 to make sure we DEFEAT McCarthy in November and keep SCOTUS in check?
Thank you for all that you do,
