I’m reaching out today because my friend and colleague TJ Cox needs our immediate support before his final FEC deadline of 2019. Here’s why:

TJ Cox represents one of the seven California House Districts we flipped during the 2018 blue wave. It was the closest race in California last cycle, and it looks like it’s going to be even more competitive in 2020.

His race intensified last week when Trump’s White House issued a direct attack against TJ Cox for his vote on impeachment. It was a rare move — even for Trump — to single out a lone Democratic House member in a tough race.

With TJ Cox facing these unprecedented attacks, I’m asking you to pitch in a donation of $200, $100, or $50 before this FEC deadline to make sure he has the resources to defend his seat. <[link removed]>

We all know Trump likes picking fights with Californians. But these attacks are the strongest signal we’ve seen that Republicans at the highest level are invested in retaking California’s House seats — and they’re starting in TJ Cox’s district.
