It might not be headline news (yet), but the radical Left is attacking the Church.

Next week we are presenting oral arguments in federal appeals court in a case where a church was banned from using ITS OWN PROPERTY unless it gets a liquor license – which violates this congregation’s religious beliefs.

It’s absolutely outrageous. But we’re seeing this kind of attack all over the country. Remember, we had to go all the way to the Supreme Court to defeat the shutdown of churches – and even a ban on singing – during the pandemic.

We’ve just appealed another case directly to the U.S. Supreme Court after a judge found that a public prayer vigil was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Angry atheists claiming to be “offended” by prayer should have NO RIGHT to bring these frivolous lawsuits.

We’re defending churches. We’re defending prayer. These critical cases could impact your right to religious liberty for decades. As we prepare to present oral arguments in just days, we urgently need you to take action.
