This is the last time you will hear from me before the MDP closes our fundraising books for the final time before Election Day.
At 11:59 PM, our team will start preparing our final fundraising report that will be publicly viewable by everyone in Michigan. I am hoping that you will make a contribution before the deadline so your name shows up on that report.
I am proud of the work that we have accomplished so far, Team. It hasn’t been easy. I know that this election, we have an important opportunity to elect Michigan Democrats across the state who are ready to lead us to a better and brighter future.
I can’t emphasize enough though how important it is that we keep fighting until polls close on Election Day. There is simply too much on the line.
To be frank, I haven’t seen Republicans this extreme in Michigan before. Not only do these extremists want to make abortion illegal with zero exceptions, but they want to give more tax cuts to the wealthy at the expense of working families.
Many of them also still claim that Trump won Michigan in 2020 and I’m worried that they will make the same claims about this election and the 2024 presidential election. Simply put, we cannot let them win.
Michigan Democrats are working hard to reach voters before they cast their ballots. We need to come together and support these hardworking Michigan Democrats so we can carry our party over the finish line victorious.
