Pelosi's constitutional crisis, major Deep State "misconduct," and we're fighting back in a big way . . .

Speaker Pelosi is trying to create a constitutional crisis with these impeachment shenanigans. A federal judge just has excoriated the Deep State for major "MISCONDUCT."

It's the shredding of the Constitution right in front of us on TV.

Jordan,

Let me be frank with you. Right now, we are witnessing the shredding of the Constitution on live TV, right in our living rooms.

The sham impeachment of a President with no due process. Speaker Pelosi's attempt to create a constitutional crisis by not sending the articles over to the Senate. The spying and lies of the Deep State - a federal FISA court just EXCORIATED the FBI over this serious "misconduct."

There is no other way to put it: This is the shredding of the Constitution.

This is something we've been fighting over the course of four decades with legal work in this area.

Right now, we are in federal court over former FBI Director Comey's spies placed in the White House. We're beating the Deep State in case after case.

We can defend the Constitution. We MUST.

But as we battle the Left and the Deep State's deep pockets in court, we urgently need your support.

Any Tax-Deductible gift you give the ACLJ will be DOUBLED dollar-for-dollar. But only through the end of the year. Our deadline is MIDNIGHT December 31st, and we're still behind our goal. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40 to defeat the Left and the Deep State's attacks on the Constitution.

Have Your Gift DOUBLED Before Our Looming Deadlines.

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel
