Hey John, let me just begin by apologizing for the avalanche of emails you’ve received this week. I know it’s a lot, but if you bear with me for just a minute, I’ll explain why.
Today is our final FEC deadline of the election, and it’s a BIG deal. This is the last time our fundraising numbers will be made public before voters head to the polls. It’s a huge test of our grassroots team, and will determine whether or not we have the strength to go up against JD Vance and win.
This is literally the biggest fundraising deadline of the whole campaign, and we’re still short of our goal. I’ll be honest, I’m kind of freaking out right now. Can you rush a quick $25? >>
JD Vance and his backers have nearly unlimited resources to attack me, launching $30 million in attack ads to try and buy this Senate seat while JD bends over backwards to avoid actually facing Ohio voters.
If we want any chance at all of taking them down and winning in just 20 days, we need to blow the doors off of our final FEC deadline today—no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
